1. Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

2. Faulty Items

If your product is faulty:

• Contact us at contact@movesafe.au within 30 days of receiving your order

• Provide proof of purchase and details/photo of the issue

• Return the faulty item to us

• After inspection, we will send a replacement

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping of faulty items. We will cover shipping of the replacement.
